Located near the beach, our brand new Rustic Cottages are in an ideal location to enjoy both time in the woods and by the ocean. Cottage #11 features 1 bedroom w/ queen sized bed, plus loft with double and single mattresses for the kids. Cottage #12 features 1 bedroom w/ queen sized bed & 1 bedroom w/ single over double bunks. Both cottages also include: heat pump with A/C, bathroom with full-size tub/shower, kitchen equipped with full-size fridge, sink, microwave and 2-burner cooktop. No cookware, cutlery or dishes provided - please bring your own if required. Propane BBQ included on the covered deck as well. Linens are not included, so please bring those along or we do have a linen package available. Sorry, no pets.

Cottage & Park Model reservations require a $750 credit card deposit.

Rustic Cottage & Cabin reservations require a $300 credit card deposit.

Reservation deposits are fully refundable with at least a 60 day advance notice prior to arrival date for Cottages and Park Models, 14 day notice required for Rustic Cabins. No refunds are given for cancellations within the windows stated above. Sorry no exceptions, even for emergencies. We suggest purchasing travel insurance.
